Tirri Race is a fan-made racing game on Bhopal's real streets. It would not exist without the people and projects below. Thank you.

Maps and places

OpenStreetMap. The roads, lakes, parks, bridges and most buildings come from © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database Licence (ODbL). Tracks built from this data are derived databases and are shared on the same terms.

Overture Maps Foundation. Extra building outlines and the names of shops and other places come from Overture Maps, which gathers open data including Google's Open Buildings, Microsoft's and Meta's building footprints and place data. Each Overture theme is published under an open licence (see their attribution page).

Ground heights. The hills round the Upper Lake use heights from the NASA / USGS Shuttle Radar Topography Mission (SRTM), which is in the public domain, fetched through Open Topo Data.

Fonts

All four are free fonts under the SIL Open Font License 1.1, bundled with the game through Fontsource (so the game does not call any font server):

Software

The engine, tyre and rain sounds, the music and the thunder are made by the game's own code as it runs; no recordings or sound libraries are used.

Places and names

The buildings and landmarks are simple models drawn from maps and written descriptions, not exact copies, and the map data can be out of date or wrong. Chains such as fast-food, fashion and fuel brands, bike and car makers, banks and hotel chains appear under generic names and with no logos, and no company named or shown here has any connection with this game. Local business names are the ones the open map data lists.

Tirri Race is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, OpenStreetMap, Overture Maps, NASA, USGS or any business shown.
